Use your own seating assignments

In the app, confirm which layout should receive the design. It is added alongside your existing print designs. Your tables, guests, and seating assignments stay as they are.

Starting from scratch? Add your tables and guests, then assign guests to seats. The print design lists those seated guests under their tables. You can change the seating arrangement and return to Print to see the result.

Long names and extra tables take more space. Check the whole chart before printing and adjust the text size, columns, or paper dimensions as needed. These templates do not automatically add pages.

Read the printing guide for readability checks and export options, or follow the seating-plan walkthrough.
